Business Valuation Manager

Our Business Valuation Services team helps our clients find the value of their business and strategically plan for the future through a variety of valuation & transaction advisory services.ResponsibilitiesPerforms related company, industry, and economic researchAnalyzes client financial statementsConstructs financial modelsAssesses operational profitability and financial conditionsDevelops and reviews cash flow forecastsPerforms benchmark analysisDocuments and maintains all appropriate aspects of the work productComposes narrative reports in support of valuation analysesPrepares necessary exhibits and memos in illustration of complex issuesEnsures quality controls are adhered in association with all work productsParticipates in internal and external client meetingsAssists and provides guidance to peers and staff members in the development of project plans and timelines for deliverablesSupervises the day-to-day workload of Senior Associates/Associates on assigned engagements and reviews work product. Responsible for ensuring associates are trained, evaluate performance and career developmentOther duties as requiredQualificationsBachelors Degree, with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance or Economics7-10 years of relevant experience is requiredOne of the following credentials in valuation: ABV, ASA, CFA, CVADemonstrated ability to network, market, develop leads and generate revenuesExperience with and understanding of valuation theory and principalsExperience in litigation support preferredUnderstanding of economic damage theories and performing and reviewing financial analysesAbility to analyze agreements, contracts and legal documentsFamiliarity with legal concepts and proceduresAbility to review and prepare reports of findings, present conclusions and testify as neededStrong and effective verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and research skills including – research market data, including industry dynamics and financial and economic dataProven ability to work in deadline driven environmentSolid organizational skills with the ability to focus on multiple projects and meet various deadlinesTravel requirements: 10-15%BenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k with 3% contribution)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentWork From Anywhere OptionWellness ResourcesFour (4) weeks PTOTwelve (12) paid holidays, of which three (3) are floating holidaysRea does not accept unsolicited resumes from individual recruiters or third-party recruiting agencies without pre-approval from Rea's Talent team.
