Truist • Raleigh, NC, USA • Posted on Apr 15, 2026Language Fluency: English (Required)Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)Job Grade: 113The Incentive Compensation Data Consulting and Testing Manager serves as a strategic internal consultant and trusted advisor to Incentive Plan Designers, HR, Technology, and senior business leaders. The role provides insight, guidance, and assurance on incentive metric and plan feasibility. This position leads a team responsible for incentive data validation and user acceptance testing, while personally engaging in high value consulting: translating complex incentive mechanics into clear insight, influencing plan metric/design decisions, and enabling confident leadership decision making.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManages and directs execution of HR technology strategies and operational plans established by senior management and executives that support organizational objectives.Manages development, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise HR information systems to support business objectives.Leads complex HR technology projects or programs, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations across multiple platforms.Collaborates with IT, HR, and business leaders to ensure seamless HR technology operations.Develops and enforces policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Analyzes HR data and system performance to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements.Manages vendor relationships and evaluates emerging HR technologies to recommend strategic investments.May guide and develop talent across multiple teams within the HR technology function.Ensures effective training and support for HRIS users across the organization.Drives change management initiatives related to HR technology implementations and upgrades.Monitors industry trends and best practices to maintain the organization's competitive advantage in HR technology.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in HR technology or related fields.Proven management experience leading a team.Strong expertise in HR systems architecture, data governance, and software quality assurance.Preferred Qualifications10+ Years of experience in incentive compensation.Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders in a consultative or advisory capacity.BenefitsAll regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401(k) plan.
