We believe in applying agile methodologies in all aspects of our business practices and use these methods to ensure effective results for our clients.Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Developer, to join our team in Bethesda, MD.ClearanceActive TS/SCI W/ CI Polygraph (existing clearance required to start)LocationBethesda, MD OverviewDevelop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform, including, but not limited to: ITSM, SPM, PPM, APW, CMDB, ITOM/ITAM, CSM, ATF, DevSecOps, Service Portal, HR Module, Change Management, Custom Development, etc.. Develop and unit test, conduct code reviews, and assist in building the pipeline for continuous integration/continuous deliveryCustomize ServiceNow applications, facilitate roll-out of new applications and modules, and configure application UI, workflow, and APIMaintain configuration management on the ServiceNow platform across all environmentsCollaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators for solution development and general configuration updates/requestsEngage with Mission Partners to define IT goals and advise on re-engineering of business processes to meet those goalsProvide expertise in standards and validations (e.g., ISO 9000)Facilitate group sessions, conduct interviews, provide training, and transfer knowledgeCoordinate between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of re-engineering effortsPromote awareness training and implementation of business processesDevelop process documentation, testing materials, workflows, and work plansLead and/or participate in requirements presentations to leadership and Mission Partners as neededCoordinate across various departments to accomplish project tasksQualificationsMinimum of 6 years of related IT experienceServiceNow certification, preferably Certified System Administrator (CSA)Backend development experience with JavaScript’s programming language and how it applies to ServiceNow, along with ServiceNow Glide.Familiarity with best practices across commercial and federal sectors for workflow and process managementExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with industry partnersEfficient and appropriate estimation of work effort requirementsEffective communicator in a fast-paced environmentExperience with scrum and agile development frameworks including task management, stand-ups, sprint reviews, requirements gathering, and documentationNice To HaveConfiguration Management experience and relevant certificationsGraphics design or UX/UI design experienceExperience with HTML/CSS and Jelly scriptingPrior experience within the Intelligence CommunityBenefits100% paid Medical, Dental & Vision for Our Employee6% 401K match (Vested Immediately)29 Days' PTOFlexible Work ScheduleTuition/Certification ReimbursementGrowth Opportunities w/in an Emerging Defense Company*All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines
