PROJECT ENGINEERWORK LOCATION: Riverside, CAQualifications:Construction project engineering experienceDSA project experienceTK-12 school facility experienceKey responsibilities:Construction observation — verify materials and equipment are handled, stored, and installed properlyReview non-conforming work and recommend corrective action with the district's inspectorConstructability reviews using Bluebeam and BIM clash detection (REVIT or similar)Manage submittal procedures: shop drawings, RFIs, samples, product data, change ordersCoordinate DSA Form 152 (Project Inspection Cards) and DSA Form 103 (Special Inspections)Coordinate with architect, engineers of record, and District's inspectorFull-time dedication during Construction Phase
