Mulch Blowing Installation Crew Member

Job Overview Adler and Sons Inc. is seeking a full-time mulch blowing installation crew member. The ideal candidate must have strength and stamina to pull hose from the truck to landscape beds, connect, and drop hose lengths as needed by installer. Candidates with mulch experience are preferred but not required. This position will be a high paced and physically demanding position. Duties · Install mulches into landscapes · Perform clean-up of material after installation using a blower or rake · Pull hose from truck to landscape beds, connect, and drop hose lengths as needed · Work as a team to accomplish job completion · Maintain a clean work environment with equipment and customer property · Perform various tasks assigned by crew lead/driver Skills · Ability to operate equipment such as front loader and forklift preferred · Detail oriented to ensure proper installation based on customer requirements · Must be punctual and reliable · Able to lift a minimum of 80 lbs. and able to pull a minimum of 150 lbs of 5” hose · Flexibility to changing work environment and duties assigned All training provided by company, but landscape labor or general labor experience a plus.
