We are looking for a Payroll Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in payroll processing, HR administration, and employee records management.This role is responsible for supporting payroll operations, maintaining accurate employee data, administering statutory benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.Key Responsibilities:Payroll AdministrationAssist in the end-to-end payroll processReview attendance, leaves, overtime, loans, and other payroll-related transactionsProcess payroll adjustments and resolve payroll discrepanciesValidate employee information, including government and bank detailsSupport final pay processing and the release of employment documentsHRIS and Records ManagementMaintain and update employee records in the HRISEnsure the accuracy of employee information, including employment status and leave balancesMaintain and organize employee files and HR documentationAssist with HRIS updates and system-related concernsBenefits AdministrationAssist in the administration of government and company benefits. Support the handling of employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.Assist in maintaining and updating employee records for status changes and benefit-related transactions.Reporting and CompliancePrepare payroll, attendance, and HR-related reportsEnsure compliance with company policies and government regulationsMaintain payroll records and supporting documentationAssist during internal and external audits as neededProcess Improvement and Team SupportRecommend process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracyDocument payroll procedures and maintain process guidelinesCollaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed within established timelinesSupport other HR projects and administrative tasks as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in payroll, compensation and benefits, HR operations, or a related roleExperience in payroll processing and HRIS is an advantageWorking knowledge of labor laws and statutory benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIGProficient in Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallyComfortable working a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM–10:00 PM PHT) with the flexibility to report onsite as needed
