Fitness Trainer
About us
Define Private Training is a private strength training studio in Frisco dedicated to helping women over 30 be stronger, physically and mentally, so they are able to define their path to a better self in and outside the studio. We are extremely inclusive with a very diverse clientele of women from varying ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds. We pride ourselves on wanting each woman who walks through the door see a stronger version of themselves when they commit to us.
We do not do HIIT, we do not do high impact, and we do not focus on only cardio. We are very specifically strength building using Lagree machines and weight lifting techniques - both which are low impact, but high intensity.
