We have just the job for you with an excellent schedule and weekly pay!Apply today as a CNC Setup Tech in Hastings, NE!Job Duties:Set up CNC milling machines and CNC lathes, ensuring proper installation of tooling, fixtures, and workpieces according to blueprints and technical specificationsProgram CNC machines using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software and verify programs through simulation before production runsRead and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and technical drawings to ensure precise machining operationsUse precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to verify part dimensions and quality standardsAdjust machine parameters, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to optimize machine performance and minimize downtimeCollaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes, tooling setups, and overall efficiencyMaintain detailed setup documentation, inspection reports, and machine logs in compliance with safety and quality protocolsPay: $21.50-$27.50 DOEShift: 1st Monday -Thursday, some Fridays for Overtime may be requiredHours: 5:00am-3:30pmWhy work for Advance Services, Inc.?*Advance Services is for and about people; we are your employment specialists. *Enjoy our easy application process.*You NEVER pay a fee!
