*Job description:* *Onsite- Carlsbad* *$23.00* *11:00p start time - (Must be okay to train on 1st)* *Background and Drug Screen required* Stacker Operator / Production Operator We are seeking a Stacker Operator / Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations within a fast-paced production environment focused on prepreg and adhesive materials. This position plays an important role in the manufacturing process by assisting with machine setup, operation, material staging, product handling, and equipment cleaning to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. The operator will work with industrial mixing and converting equipment used in the production of specialized materials. Daily responsibilities include monitoring equipment during operation, following detailed production instructions and standard operating procedures, performing changeovers and clean downs, inspecting materials for quality issues, and communicating any production or equipment concerns to Leads or Supervisors. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives and requires maintaining a clean and organized work area. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment around moving machinery, airborne particles, and chemicals while strictly adhering to PPE and safety protocols. The position requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team while maintaining productivity and attention to detail in a regulated manufacturing setting. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Prior manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience preferred Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Basic math and mechanical aptitude preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 55 lbs Must meet ITAR work authorization requirements This is a full-time position with potential overtime and weekend work based on production demands.
