Engineering Technician - Manufacturing Systems

LOCATION: Mount Vernon, OH, USAIn this position, your chief responsibility is to observe, analyze, validate, and optimize procedures and methods involved in the sub-component part build and final assembly of Ariel compressors. Following final process adoption, this role will document the steps, methods, and procedures using videos, photos, and/or written instructions in our digital Visual Knowledge Share (VKS) system for the assembly teams to follow during assembly operations. Working in both an office setting and on the manufacturing floor, this role is responsible for documenting the end-to-end processes, and is exposed to each area of our Assembly operation.
