Maintenance Supervisor (Lenoir)

A well‑established and growing food processing facility is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day maintenance activities within a high‑volume production environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys developing teams, improving equipment reliability, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support maintenance technicians across assigned shifts Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues Reduce downtime through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and regulatory standards Coordinate maintenance activities with production, quality, and sanitation teams Maintain work orders, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory Support equipment installs, upgrades, and commissioning activities Candidate Profile Previous experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician role Strong background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance Experience within food or regulated manufacturing environments preferred Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate maintenance teams Hands‑on, proactive problem solver with strong organisational skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑shift operation Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic computer skills What’s on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a stable, growing operation Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture Career progression and development opportunities
