Your potential is our inspiration.Where You’ll Make a DifferenceLead, coach, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplinesPlan, prioritize, and assign maintenance work orders aligned with production needs and reliability targetsDrive execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment performance and reduce downtimeEnsure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations (OSHA) and company policiesTroubleshoot equipment failures and lead root cause analysis to prevent recurrenceCollaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Planning teams to optimize maintenance schedules and plant efficiencyMonitor and analyze maintenance KPIs such as downtime, PM compliance, backlog, and MTBFOversee accurate documentation of maintenance activities within CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo)Support plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and capital projects to ensure timely and safe executionWhat Makes You The Right FitHigh School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentProven experience supervising or leading maintenance teams (2+ years preferred)Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systemsFamiliarity with CMMS systems such as SAP or MaximoSolid understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologiesStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong communication and leadership skills with a focus on team development and safetyHow You Would Stand OutExperience leading maintenance in a continuous manufacturing environmentCertification in maintenance/reliability (e.g., CMRP) or technical trade certificationsExperience supporting capital projects or large-scale plant turnaroundsWhy Choose Us?Opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing maintenance teamExposure to cross-functional collaboration within Operations and EngineeringCompetitive compensation and benefits packageCommitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellenceCareer growth opportunities within a global organizationInclusive and collaborative work environmentWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
