You will be trained to walk the borrowers through the application process by phone.Making or receiving calls.Assist other team members when necessary. Skills and KnowledgeGreat work ethicUnderstanding of financial terminology and financial instrumentsTenacityAbility to multi-taskFriendly personalityComputer proficiencyMust be able to type 40 wpm.
