With over 35 years of experience servicing over 1500 stores across the US, our fully certified technicians provide our customers with support and repair solutions designed to extend the life of their equipment, reducing downtime and minimizing the impact on our customer’s bottom line.As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in performing preventative and reactive maintenance services on electromechanical equipment within the target city and surrounding areas.Primary ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures on equipment and then provide a solutionPerform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment adhering to OSHA safety regulationsUse hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machinesRespond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time framesCommunicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and coworkersOther duties as neededRequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum two years of equipment repair experience or a combination of training and experienceStrong electrical and mechanical knowledge; ability to read and understand schematicsValid driver’s license with clean driving record requiredMust have excellent people skills and always represent the Company in a positive mannerStrong attention to detail, organized, and able to work independentlyMust be able to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to stand, bend, and drive for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs, and work at heights of more than 6 ft.BenefitsCompetitive CompensationFlexible Work Schedule to Fit Your LifeStable Company with Nationwide ServiceRobust Technician SupportCompany provided VehicleSteady Work Year RoundRich 401(k) planPaid time off that never expiresMedical, dental and vision insuranceCelebrating our past.
