Job description
Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
- Provide information about available vehicles, including features and pricing
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers to showcase the vehicle's performance
- Negotiate sales prices and financing options to close deals
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements:
- Automotive sales experience
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities to manage customer inquiries and follow-up tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive buying experience
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling incoming calls and making outbound sales calls
- Basic retail math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and financing options
- Experience in cold calling and prospecting for new leads is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $84,899.00 - $94,767.00 per year
