This role will report directly to the Construction Superintendent and is responsible for overseeing subcontractors, ensuring work is completed according to project plans, and maintaining a safe and efficient job site.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage crews, track materials, and contribute to the job when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise subcontractors and ensure all work is completed according to plans and specificationsMonitor daily job site operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and safetyTrack materials, equipment, and project progressMaintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocolsCommunicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clientsPerform physical labor and operate power tools as neededEnsure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standardsQualificationsProven experience in commercial construction (grocery store experience xpxfdfd preferred)Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skillsWorking knowledge of civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical constructionAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsWillingness to work nights, weekends, and travel as requiredAbility to perform physical labor in a construction environment
