Location: Colorado (Front Range preferred; Denver metro ideal)Work Setting: Remote, field-based roleTerritory: Colorado (also a few accounts in Northern New Mexico/Southern Wyoming)Travel: ~50% within territory (day travel with limited overnight)Compensation:Base Salary: $95,000 – $115,000Incentive: 20% target bonusBenefits: Full medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits packagePosition SummaryThe Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and growing sales across the Colorado territory for a U.S.-based manufacturer of construction fasteners and engineered fastening solutions. This role focuses on building distributor relationships, expanding end-user demand, and increasing market share across residential, commercial, and structural construction applications.This is a true territory ownership role with significant autonomy, backed by a financially stable, well-capitalized parent organization and an established manufacturing platform.
