Job Title: Assembler – Medical Device Manufacturing (Temecula)Job Overview Assemble cardiovascular medical devices in a team-based cleanroom environmentPerform precision electronic and mechanical assembly using standardized proceduresKey Responsibilities Assemble components following work instructionsPerform tasks like casting, coating, packaging, and testingOperate and monitor production equipment and machineryUse microscopes, hand tools, soldering tools, and adhesivesConduct visual inspections and measurements for quality checksPerform tests using computerized equipment and record resultsRepair defective components when neededPackage finished products with correct labeling and documentationMaintain accurate production and quality recordsEnsure traceability of parts and materialsClean tools, equipment, and work area regularlyFollow safety and cleanroom protocolsWork with team members to meet production goalsEssential Skills High school diploma or GEDBasic English reading and communication skillsMinimum 6 months manufacturing experienceStrong attention to detail for repetitive tasksAbility to use microscopes and precision toolsCapability to follow standardized proceduresGood documentation and record-keeping skillsCommitment to safety and cleanroom standardsPreferred Qualifications Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturingCleanroom experienceKnowledge of machine operationSkills in soldering, bonding, or electronics assemblyExperience in inspection and measurement tasksWork Environment Cleanroom setting with strict contamination controlsRequires gowning (no makeup, jewelry, etc.)Use of specialized tools and equipmentProfessional dress code (no casual/inappropriate clothing)Safety procedures must be followed at all timesWhy Join Work on life-saving medical devicesStructured, process-driven environmentOpportunities to learn specialized skillsSupportive team culture with referral incentivesJob Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Temecula, CA.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $22.83/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
