Coffee Shop Team Member (Part-Time & Full-Time)

Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable team members for our specialty coffee house in Stonington, CT. We have both part-time and full-time morning shifts available. As a team member, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, preparing smoothies, making bagels, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean workspace. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with a professionalism Take and process orders efficiently. Prepare smoothies and bagels to order. Stock shelves and maintain inventory. Perform routine cleaning tasks to keep the shop tidy and welcoming. Requirements: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required. Compensation: Hourly rate: $15.69 per hour plus credit card tips and cash tips (typically $5-8 extra per hour).
