The Trade Show Coordinator plays a critical role in executing Clear Touch and their affiliate brands' national event strategy. This position supports the planning, logistics, and on-site execution of 100+ trade shows and events annually, working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless brand representation. This position will travel up to 60% of the time. This position will be a "road warrior", prepping, setting up, and running our trade shows onsite. Clear Touch operates its own event warehouse and showcases large-format displays (32"–98") and hands‐on physical work, essential components of the position, to assist in setting up for events and some prep work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, enjoys both strategic planning and hands‐on execution, and takes pride in operational excellence. This position will be crucial for the execution of trade shows and working the trade show booths. This position will report directly to the Senior Event Manager.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEvent Planning, Logistics & MarketingPlan, coordinate, and execute logistics for in‐person trade shows, including shipping, electrical orders, material handling, and pre-show documentationServe as the on‐site event lead for events, ensuring brand standards and execution excellenceWorking trade show booths, demoing products, and capturing leadsCoordinate and execute event setup and teardownCompile post‐event feedback and insights to improve future eventsCommunicate timelines, tracking details, and pre‐event information to internal teams and partnersAssist with pre/post show marketing for eventsTransport supplies to events within an eight‐hour radius of the home office or warehouseCommunicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, vendors, and show organizersOrder event services and supplies through show organizers and vendorsSupport event marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and social media promotions tied to trade showsCollaborate with sales and marketing to ensure consistent messaging and effective event presenceAssist with distributing and managing event marketing materials, including brochures, giveaways, signage, and branded apparelAssist with the organization, maintenance, and inventory of the Clear Touch Event Warehouse when neededDrive company vehicles, including sprinter vans and box trucks, as requiredJob Requirements1‐2 years of experience in event coordination, logistics, operations, or a related roleStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‐paced environmentProficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft ExcelAbility to lift and maneuver up to 75 lbs regularlyWillingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekendsYou have the ability to work in a fast‐paced environmentPreferred SkillsBA/BS degree in logistics or event managementKnowledge of trade shows and its logisticsPhysical and Working ConditionsUp to 60% travel, including occasional overnight and weekend travelAbility to drive a freight‐line sprinter van and/or 26‐ft box truckRegular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of event equipment (up to 50 lbs)A combination of event-site, in‐office, and warehouse environmentsThere is no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions apart from weather‐related travel conditions.Sedentary work exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects; driving; participation in a variety of activities in both an indoor and outdoor setting.Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, walking, grasping, typing, talking, and hearing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
