Human Resources Generalist

*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions within the organization. *Responsibilities* - Implement and administer HR policies and procedures - Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes - Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions - Provide support in performance management and employee relations - Manage employee benefits programs and enrollment processes - Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy - Assist in training development and delivery - Handle workers' compensation claims and related processes *Requirements* - 2-4 years of Human Resource experience optimal - Solid understanding of employment labor laws and regulations - Proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP, Workday, Kronos, or similar platforms - Experience with data collection and analysis for HR metrics reporting - Knowledge of workers' compensation procedures - Strong project management skills - Familiarity with talent acquisition tools a plus Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $57,828.00 - $62,330.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Human resources: 2 years (Required) Language: Spanish (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Calumet City, IL 60409 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
