Located in Androscoggin County in Western Maine; this FQCHC offers a rural lifestyle while being close to urban activities.This Physician Assistant will be part of a patient centered medical home model that believes in quality of care over #s of patient seen. They provide integrated behavioral health, care managers, and patient assistance coordinators.The providers treat a rural underserved population treating all ages from Newborn to Geriatrics.
