Financial Aid Specialist

A company is looking for a Financial Aid Specialist to manage financial aid processes and ensure compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities Execute financial aid and private loan activities while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations Meet with students and families to determine financial aid eligibility and provide necessary guidance Perform administrative functions and manage financial aid reports accurately and timely Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Understanding of Title IV program information and federal financial aid regulations Experience in reviewing student files for compliance with institutional policies Ability to calculate R2T4 refunds for student withdrawals Proficient in electronic processing of financial aid documents Experience in customer service and teamwork within an educational environment
