Business Litigation Attorney

Job Description What you will be doing:Work daily with clients, providing guidance and representation regarding business litigation.Prepare pleadings and written discovery documents.Take and defend depositions.Represent clients in evidentiary hearings and law and motion proceedings.Review and interpret contracts.Research and advise clients about a variety of legal issues.Conduct legal research.Experience you will need:At least 2-5 years of experience in business litigation.Exceptional research and writing skills, with a strong academic background.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents, including contracts.Ability to work effectively with people, exercise sound judgment, and establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.Interest in business litigation.Ability to multi-task, creatively problem-solve, and bring projects to completion.Ambition to advance.
