Human Resources Generalist | On-siteWe're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for manufacturing and warehouse employees, providing support in areas like onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and employee relations.• Partner with HR leadership to guide and support employees on performance management, policy interpretation, and development.• Administer and maintain the HRIS system, processing changes, and auditing employee data.• Oversee the new hire orientation and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth integration for new team members.• Manage the employee offboarding process, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.• Support the full life-cycle recruitment process for assigned requisitions.What You'll Need• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.• 2-3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, Generalist, or similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal, written, listening).• Knowledge of HR disciplines and employment regulations.• Ability to build strong relationships and influence others.What's On Offer• A collaborative and inclusive company culture recognized as a Top Workplace.• Opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and hands-on training.• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401k with employer contributions and profit sharing.• Generous paid time off, paid parental leave, and wellness support programs.Apply via Haystack today!
