What You'll Do
As a key member of our Package Testing team, you'll manage projects from kickoff through final reporting, ensuring clients receive accurate, timely, and value-driven results.
Your Impact Will Include:
Coordinating multiple testing projects simultaneously
Partnering with clients and internal teams to define project scope and expectations
Scheduling and executing laboratory testing activities
Operating specialized testing equipment and collecting technical data
Creating client-facing reports and documentation
Managing project timelines and laboratory resources
Supporting shipping, receiving, and facility operations
Performing equipment maintenance and organization activities
Identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and future business
Working safely in a fast-paced laboratory environment, including forklift operation

Technical & Analytical
Comfortable with hands-on laboratory and testing activities
Able to interpret data and solve practical problems
Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
Organized & Customer Focused

Communicates professionally with clients and teammates

Qualifications
Preferred:
Associate degree or 2-year technical college degree
Skills & Experience:
Hands-on technical or laboratory experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing projects, schedules, or operational workflows
Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
Ability to create clear customer-facing reports and documentation
