The role requires attention to detail to support the operations & engineering leads with management of intellectual assets.Permissions Managemento Generate permission access lists from templateo Create and setup internal SharePoint siteso Additional permissions/governance related tasks as assignedAsset Information Managemento Assist with organization and documentation of asset lifecycle / processo Track assets using existing spreadsheetso Follow up with engineering leads on action items for asset managemento Additional asset information related tasks as assignedEngineering operations support as requestedComments for our Suppliers:How many rounds of interviews should be expected? 2 total: 1 phone IV, 1 panel IV (either onsite or virtual)Work Location:* Hybrid (working from home and in office)Shift: Hour/Days of Work 8am 5pm, M FTemp only, no plans to extendComments for Suppliers: Hybrid, must be local and able to come onsite a few times/week
