Job Description:Manage, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts focused on sales technology solutionsFoster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centric thinkingBuild and scale the team in alignment with organizational growthCreate development opportunities that stretch individuals beyond their comfort zonePartner with IT, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and Sales Leadership on integrated technology solutionsServe as the liaison between sales teams and technical resourcesCollaborate with Regions and cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and sales productivityDesign, pilot, and deliver a limited number of tools that expedite the execution of key sales activities.
