STEM Instructor

Part-time $15-25 per hour Mileage per diem Youth Technology Network (YTN) is seeking an energetic hard-working individual who enjoys working with elementary to middle school aged students. We require someone who can help prepare course material for events, work the events, and pack up after the events. This is an excellent opportunity for future educators, youth program coordinators, and classroom aides. Application Requirements: High School diploma Complete YTN application At least 18 years old Live in or within 30 minutes driving time of Lancaster County, VA Possess valid state driver’s license Able to lift 25-30 lbs and transport 50-60 lbs using portable carrying case Availability weekdays 3-7pm and weekends 9am-Noon Able to travel to events throughout Lancaster, Richmond, and Northumberland Counties Qualifications: Pass criminal history record and child abuse registry checks Experience with elementary and middle school aged students Understand elementary and middle school math and science concepts Experience with computer hardware, computer aided drawing applications and 3D printers, drones, robotics, and basic coding languages Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
