CNC Manufacturing ManagerThe Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations within a CNC machining environment while driving process development, continuous improvement, and production efficiency. This role ensures that customer requirements are met through effective scheduling, resource planning, and optimization of machining processes, all while maintaining cost control, quality, and high performance.Are you looking to make a career change to a stable company? Then this opportunity could be the right fit for you.Compensation:Competitive Salary, Full time, Full BenefitsResponsibilities:Lead and manage direct labor teams including machinists, operators, setup personnel, shipping/receiving, and part‐marking staff to ensure efficient production of complex aerospace components.Develop, manage, and execute production schedules within the ERP system to ensure on‐time delivery and alignment with customer demand.Coordinate labor, materials, tooling, and machine capacity to meet production, quality, safety, and cost targets.Monitor and report KPIs such as scrap, rework, on‐time delivery, throughput, and labor efficiency.Present monthly ship plans and performance updates during weekly production meetings.Provide technical leadership for CNC machining operations including mills, lathes, and multi‐axis equipment.Troubleshoot machining, tooling, fixturing, and process issues to support uninterrupted production.Oversee implementation of new CNC equipment, automation technologies, and tooling strategies.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company safety programs.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing or Engineering.CNC machining environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.Ask for Jasleenjasleen@ajuliaexecutivesearch.comAjulia Executive Search is a search firm specializing in Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal and Pharmaceutical positions.
