Sales ManagerLocation: South Florida Preferred (Fort Lauderdale or West Coast Florida considered)Job Type: Full-TimePay: Base + CommissionPosition OverviewM Force Partners is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development, client acquisition, and strategic growth across commercial and industrial markets. This role focuses on building relationships, managing complex sales cycles, developing proposals, and identifying new business opportunities within industries such as healthcare, utilities, municipalities, and data centers.The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and self-directed sales professional with strong experience managing pipelines, developing client relationships, and working collaboratively with operations and leadership teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source and develop new business opportunities within commercial and industrial marketsBuild and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholdersManage complex sales cycles from lead generation through project closeoutDevelop and respond to RFPs, bids, and proposal requestsPrepare and negotiate service and maintenance agreementsTrack opportunities, manage pipelines, and maintain CRM activityCollaborate cross-functionally with operations and internal teams to support project executionMonitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive activityMaintain strong communication with customers throughout the sales processSupport long-term customer relationships and account growth initiativesTravel as needed to support customer meetings, project opportunities, and business development effortsRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in commercial or industrial salesStrong experience with RFP development, bid writing, and pricing strategiesProven ability to generate leads and develop business independentlyExperience managing customer pipelines and CRM systemsStrong organizational, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teamsValid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screeningPreferred QualificationsExisting industry relationships within:HealthcareUtilitiesMunicipalitiesData CentersIndustrial marketsLocated in Fort Lauderdale or West Coast FloridaCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus commission structurePotential equity opportunity for highly experienced candidates401(k)PTOCompany vehicleDental and vision coverageCareer growth opportunities within a growing organizationJob presented by M Force PartnersM Force Partners is a specialized recruitment partner connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations.
