Job Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper-Office Manager Pay: $23-$25/hour (DOE)Location: Casper, WyomingJob Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager for our local client in Casper WY. This is a temporary to hire job opportunity Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This role is essential to keeping daily operations running smoothly and requires strong bookkeeping skills, administrative expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. If you feel this is a good fit for you please apply now!Key ResponsibilitiesOffice AdministrationOversee day-to-day office operations and ensure an efficient, professional work environmentManage office supplies, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenanceCoordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for brokers and staffMaintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) Bookkeeping & Financial ManagementHandle accounts payable and accounts receivableProcess invoices, expense reports, and paymentsReconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial recordsAssist with budgeting and financial reportingCoordinate with external accountants or CPA as needed Real Estate SupportAssist with transaction coordination and document managementPrepare and review contracts, leases, and listing materialsMaintain property and client databasesSupport marketing efforts (listing updates, basic materials, etc.) Client & Vendor RelationsServe as the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and vendorsMaintain strong, professional relationships with stakeholdersHandle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner Qualifications2+ years of office management or administrative experience (real estate experience preferred)Strong bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks or similar software preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent organizational and multitasking skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyProfessional communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and take initiative Preferred QualificationsExperience in commercial real estateFamiliarity with property management or leasing processesExperience with CRM or real estate software platforms Compensation & Benefits$23-$25 per hour, depending on experienceHealth benefits, PTO, bonuses, etc. Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
