Location: Commerce, Ca Schedule: Monday to Friday 1st Shift (Shift Varies) 6:30am - 3:30pm 8:00am - 5:00pm 9:00am - 6:00pm Pay rate: $22.00 - $25.00 Job responsibilities: Sourcing candidates: Generating leads, making cold calls Screening candidates: Reviewing resumes and CVs, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and performing reference checks Working with hiring managers: Consulting with hiring managers and HR to understand job requirements and skills Developing strategies: Designing hiring strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and providing updates to hiring managers Promoting the employer brand: Participating in job fairs and networking events, and developing employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns Onboarding new employees: Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process Improving the recruitment process: Contributing feedback to help improve the recruitment, hiring, and interview processes Requirements: Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Multitasking in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency. Flexibility with work schedule. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and resume databases Familiarity with employment law Professionalism, organization, and project management skills Looking forward to connecting with you!
