Account Executive- MUST BE in Ventura, Santa Barbara, or SLO County
This position is $125,000 - $150,000 OTE first year with generous base salary, car/phone allowance, and rewarding commission/bonus opportunity!City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Santa Barbara County or Ventura County Area. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and producing new client business. You will be in charge of the full sales cycle, from cold-calling and lead generation to closing deals. We are looking for self-starters with a hunter's mentality, who are motivated by the opportunity to earn significant sales commissions, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Identify potential clients, leads, and referrals to achieve sales goalsSchedule appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations to initiate the sales processBuild rapport with potential accounts, explain our service capabilities, and prepare contracts to close salesUtilize and manage customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain and track all client and lead informationAt City Wide Facility Solutions, we are leaders in the building maintenance industry, serving communities across the U.S. and Canada.
