Job Description: Position: SailPoint Engineer / SupportLocation: Southlake TX / Austin TX (Onsite)Hire Type: Full TimeKey ResponsibilitiesOwn L3 incidents, problems, and escalationsAct as onsite technical SPOC for IAM & SSOPerform deep troubleshooting and RCASupport JML, access requests, and approvalsManage SailPoint connectors, rules, workflowsExecute aggregation, identity refresh, reconciliationManage certifications, remediation, and auditsSupport PingFederate SSO (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)Troubleshoot SSO integration issues with applicationsCoordinate resolutions with offshore L1/L2 teamsLead incident calls and war roomsRequired Skills5+ years in SailPoint IdentityIQ supportStrong hands-on with IIQ rules, workflows, certificationsPingFederate administration & SSO troubleshootingSAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID ConnectJava/BeanShell, SQLITIL Incident / Problem / ChangeStrong customer communicationOnsite ExpectationsHandle escalations and critical incidentsWork with Security, IAM, ApplicationSupport on-call / major incidents
