Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Supervisor based at the Atmantan Wellness Centre in Centre, IN. The Store Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, manage stock, monitor inventory levels, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising store staff, maintaining store visual standards, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting in sales and promotions. The Supervisor will lead by example, ensuring the store environment aligns with the premium standards of Atmantan. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise and motivate store staff effectively.Proficiency in inventory management, stock control, and maintaining operational efficiency.Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.Experience in retail sales and applying sales techniques to meet targets and promote products.Problem-solving and organizational skills for managing day-to-day store challenges and activities effectively.Prior experience in hospitality or wellness retail is highly valued.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
