Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to grow our network of plumbing partners and generate new business. This is a field-based outside sales role where you will spend your time building relationships, visiting partners, and driving referrals that turn into restoration projects. If you enjoy being out in the field, meeting people, and earning commission based on your performance, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Build and manage relationships with plumbing companies in your territory  Generate and grow referral partnerships  Conduct regular in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups with partners  Educate partners on our services and referral process  Track activity and opportunities in CRM  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and partner satisfaction  What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in outside sales, business development, or relationship-based roles  Strong communication and relationship-building skills  Self-motivated and comfortable working in a field-based role  Organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts  Valid driver’s license  Experience in home services, restoration, construction, or plumbing industries, preferred but not required What We Offer: Base Salary with uncapped Commission Plan  Company vehicle + gas card  Company laptop and cell phone Additional Benefits:  Choice of 4 medical plans, including one at $0 payroll cost for the employee FSA (medical and dependent care spending accounts)  HSA available with a high-deductible health plan Vision and dental insurance (2 dental plan options)  Company-paid short-term and long-term disability  Company-paid life insurance ($25,000)  401(k) with company match  Ancillary benefits (hospital, critical illness, accident coverage)  Paid time off and holidays  We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
