Prepress Technician

Job Full DescriptionSpecialty printing company in Dallas looking for an experienced Prepress Technician to prep digital files for large format production. This role requires precision, problem-solving, and strong communication across departments to ensure files are press-ready and production runs smoothly. Key ResponsibilitiesPrep and troubleshoot files for print using Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Excel.Read and update production grids; track changes across job versions.Work closely with Designers, Project Managers, and Production to ensure clear, accurate output.Create install guides, kitting lists, and other production support docs.Switch tasks quickly across multiple jobs and assist other departments when needed.Handle cut vinyl prep (cutting, weeding, taping, packing); training provided.Experience Required2+ years of prepress/print production experience.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) + Excel.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex info.PC & Mac experience; bonus for Flexi or Fiery knowledge.Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments.If interested, please send resume to Brenda.Garcia4@ExpressPros.com Dallas (West), TX 2088 2727 West Mockingbird Suite 104 Dallas, TX 75235
