Computer Aided Design Engineer

Sr Electrical CAD EngineerServes as a technical authority for the design, development and lifecycle management of complex printed circuit board assemblies (PCB). Goes beyond standard layout to lead architecture, strategy, establish enterprise level design standards, and mentor jr engineers. Responsible for high-complexity multi-layer design using cadence, orcad, or allergro, navigating rigorous electrical and mechancial constraints while pioneering AI. Proven experience in high complex PCB design and electrical engineering (advanced from 3+ years). Needs BSEE or similar.Expert tooling- mastery of cadence, allergo, or orcad and experience with enterprise PLM systems. Deep expertise in high speed digital design, RF signal routing, and high-power switching. Expert level of EML/EMI mitigation strategy and low cost fabrication parameters. Strong Python for engineering specific automation. Proven ability to mentor jr staff and articulate complex technical requirements to execute stakeholders and external vendors. Needs MS Office and Google Suite experience.
