Team Environment: Collaborative, fun, and supportive culture Responsibilities: What You'll DoInstall and replace HVAC equipment (ductwork, splits, rooftop units, gas or heat pumps)Design duct systems for maximum comfort and efficiencyMaintain proper stock, tools, and safety equipment in your company vehicleCommunicate with customers about their system, uncover needs, and offer solutionsGenerate invoices, process payments, and complete paperwork accuratelyMentor and coach apprentices and entry-level techniciansParticipate in ongoing training to stay on top of the latest technologiesMaintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Qualifications: What We're Looking ForExperience: 2+ years of residential HVAC installation, including AC, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, and ductworkCertification: Type II EPA certification requiredTechnical Skills: Proficient with gauges, meters, duct tools, and system diagnosticsKnowledge: Familiar with local codes and best practicesSoft Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership abilitiesPhysical Ability: Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, and lifting up to 100 lbsOther: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, background check, and drug screen????
