Sr. Counsel, Global Contracts

Overview In this role you will lead complex outsourcing and technology transactions for ADP’s Global Contracts Team, partnering with sales, finance, and leadership to shape contract strategy and mitigate risk. You’ll draft, negotiate, and close strategic agreements while driving innovation in the contracting process. The role offers visibility across multiple business units and the opportunity to advise senior stakeholders on legal risk and business impact.
