Our company has become the largest soybean processing cooperative in the world and has a diverse set of products, which includes renewable fuels, vegetable oil refining, ag products/grain, and international operations.We are looking for a hands-on, people-focused Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our soy crush facility in Hastings, NE. This is an opportunity for a strong maintenance leader who enjoys mentoring teams, improving reliability, solving complex equipment issues, and driving a culture of safety and accountability.In this role, you'll lead a skilled maintenance team responsible for keeping our plant operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
