You’ll be the key to delivering outstanding food service and guest relations that keep patrons coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS, ensuring clarity and precision Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest needs throughout their dining experience, providing attentive customer service and prompt responses Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards Qualifications 2 years experience in food service or restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast for order processing and billing Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Ability to upsell menu items confidently while providing exceptional guest relations Join us if you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to deliver memorable experiences through exceptional service!
