The RoleAs Executive Chef, you will own the kitchen. This includes: Full oversight of BOH operations in a high-volume environment Driving labor and food cost performance Budgeting and financial accountability Menu engineering and execution Hiring, training, coaching, and performance management Building a disciplined, high-performing, positive kitchen culture Maintaining safety, sanitation, and operational standards You'll partner closely with front-of-house leadership to ensure the guest experience matches the energy of the concept: welcoming, polished, and fun - without losing culinary integrity.
