This is a hands-on leadership position designed for a proven retail leader who is ready to operate at a General Manager level while supporting multiple locations.This role is primarily based in our Amherst showroom, with the opportunity to support other showrooms within the market as business needs require. Youll serve as a trusted leadership partner, helping drive results, develop teams, and step in to lead whenever needed.When the acting GM is present, you operate as a strategic partner and leadership support.
