About the Opportunity:The Sr. SIOP Data Specialist plays a key role in enhancing supply chain processes by integrating technical implementations with supply chain expertise. This position impacts forecasting accuracy and inventory optimization while leading the shift from spreadsheet-based planning to automated, governed data frameworks. The role is essential for building scalable planning solutions and ensuring that operational metrics and policies are effectively applied across the supply chain.3. Responsibilities:• Approve or deny changes to planning templates and data transformation models• Lead the migration from Excel-based processes to governed dbt frameworks within Snowflake• Manage integrations with NetSuite and Salesforce systems• Develop and maintain a dbt sandbox environment for scenario analysis• Train planners and implement certification for template and model usage• Standardize master data for SIOP in collaboration with Product Data Integrity teams• Work with analytics engineers to enhance and develop forecast models4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field; MS preferred• 6 to 10+ years of experience in planning science, focusing on forecasting and inventory optimization• Proficiency in SQL, dbt, and advanced Excel skills• Experience owning analytics or planning platforms as a product owner• Proven leadership in managing change with measurable financial value add (FVA)• Experience working in cross-functional teams to improve processes5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000• Annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance6.
