Systems & Technology Manager (Restaurant Operations)Position OverviewWe are seeking a Systems & Technology Manager to support both the technical infrastructure and operational systems across a multi-unit restaurant group. This role sits at the intersection of IT and operations—ensuring technology is not only functional, but optimized to drive performance.This individual will support POS systems, assist with technology rollouts, and partner closely with operations and finance teams to improve efficiency across all locations.Key ResponsibilitiesPOS & Operational SystemsSupport and maintain POS systems (Aloha → Toast transition), including setup, troubleshooting, and updatesEnsure menu accuracy, pricing, and reporting consistency across all locationsAct as a bridge between operations, finance, and IT systemsRestaurant Systems (R365 & Reporting)Support Restaurant365 (R365) and ensure accurate integration with POS systemsAssist in troubleshooting with sales, labor, or inventory data formulasHelp streamline reporting processes for leadership teamsTechnology & InfrastructureOversee basic IT needs across locations:POS hardwarePrinters, handhelds, back-office systemsWi-Fi/network troubleshootingSupport new restaurant openings and tech setupsSecurity & Systems StandardizationAssist in implementing and standardizing security camera systemsEvaluate gaps across locations and help roll out consistent solutionsEnsure systems are accessible, functional, and aligned with company standardsOperational Support & Process ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies in systems and workflows, and recommend improvementsSupport initiatives that improve:Speed of serviceAccuracy of reportingLabor and cost trackingTrain managers on systems and best practicesQualifications2–5 years of experience in:Restaurant operations, IT support, or systems managementExperience with:POS systems (Aloha, Toast preferred)Restaurant365 (R365) or similar platformsStrong understanding of restaurant workflows (FOH/BOH)Basic technical knowledge:NetworkingHardware troubleshootingStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teamsWhat Makes This Role DifferentThis is not a traditional IT role—this person:Understands how restaurants operate, not just how systems workCan connect technology to performance (sales, labor, guest experience)Acts as a partner to operators, not just a support functionWhat We’re Looking ForOperationally minded problem-solverComfortable wearing multiple hatsSomeone who can bring structure to growing systemsGrowth-oriented and excited to scale with the company
