Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee Military Health System (MHS) programs while supporting business development and customer growth. The ideal candidate will manage program execution, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand services within the federal healthcare market. Responsibilities Manage federal MHS programs to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for government customers and stakeholders. Coordinate project teams, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Support business development, proposal preparation, and contract activities. Develop strategies for program growth and future opportunities. Monitor program performance, risks, and financial objectives. Present updates and briefings to senior government and military leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. PMP certification required 5+ years of experience supporting the Military Health System (MHS), TRICARE, or military healthcare organizations. 3+ years of federal business development experience preferred. Experience managing federal contracts and knowledge of federal procurement processes. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance. Ability to travel throughout the National Capital Region. Ability to work 7:30-4:00 EST Pay: $52,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
