Hills Uptime Operations enhances operational efficiency with real-time machine monitoring, proactive maintenance, and dedicated support.Role DescriptionThe Salesperson will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing equipment solutions, and building strong client relationships in the Williamsburg, Newport News, Hampton, and surrounding area . This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a proactive approach to business development, customer service, and sales growth. Key activities include managing accounts, presenting product options, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.QualificationsProven sales skills, including prospecting, account management, and negotiationKnowledge or experience in the construction, heavy equipment, or related industriesCustomer relationship management expertise and the ability to deliver outstanding serviceStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsBasic technical knowledge of heavy equipment and machinery is a plusAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environmentProficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication platformsA valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the designated region
