We are partnering with our Fortune 500 financial client to find an Operations Specialist to join their New Accounts team.This is a 1-year contract opportunity with a hybrid schedule (Tuesday–Thursday onsite) at their Maryland Heights, MO campus.Position OverviewAs an Operations Specialist, you will oversee and optimize day-to-day operational processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth workflow across departments. This is a production environment role supporting W-9 and Substitute W-9 workflows, where accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance are critical.Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute operational functions in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentSupport W-9 and Substitute W-9 workflows, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and complianceReview, process, and resolve W-9 and Substitute W-9 documentation issues in accordance with firm policies and regulatory requirementsDemonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approachHandle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to detailProvide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholdersIdentify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficienciesStay up to date on industry best practices and regulatory requirementsDevelop and implement operational procedures and policiesPrepare and present operational reports to managementQualificationsStrong analytical background with excellent problem-solving skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, production environmentExcellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetHigh level of organization and attention to detailPassion for solving complex challenges and improving processesIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in an operational environment supporting W-9 and Substitute W-9 processes.
